W miarę dobry stosunek ceny do jakości (jak na Mediolan), uprzejmy i pomocny personel.

Bar tylko przy recepcji działający w ograniczonych godzinach. Woda do picia w pokoju płatna - przynajmniej tak wynika z cennika mini baru w pokoju. Brak jakiegokolwiek mydła, żelu pod prysznic.

The staff is very friendly. A receptionist recognized my nationality during check-in and speaking Russian. It was convenient for me. A ground floor is designed modern, there are a lot of comfortable chairs to seat and talk with family or friends. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, because the good spring mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was acceptable, a food choice was not too much. But food's quality was good. It was enough to collect calories for half day walking. There was a fridge in the room. I collected the juices and beer for evening. Its size was okey for 6 bottles and cans.

The hotel has rated with 4-stars. I just arrived from Germany and expected more room space. Evening my family drank the juices and beer. We used the plastic cups. I would prefer the glasses.

We had a cold room for 2 days and they should change the temperature from the system of receptionist for each room and its not full personilized. breakfast is just simple but okey.

Try to complete these missed. Small things can upgrade the evaluation of the hotel.

There is no enough tea and coffee in the room , the glasses are absent and cattle is empty.
