Bardzo miły personel, pomocny, gościnny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Pokoje codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątane. Smaczne śniadania.

Problemy z instalacją hydrauliczną.

My wife and I had a 4 night stay here and it was very good. If you want to be right in the middle of things you cant get much better. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms comfortable and interesting. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast of freshly cooked breads, fresh orange juice and coffee which set us up for a days exploring in the city. We didnt want to stay in a resort or chain type of hotel as we wanted an authentic Marrakesh experience and Alkaderi delivered on that above our expectations.

The staff! Kati is absolutely amazing, she's a wonderful lady who looks after the whole Riad. Without her I'd probably have moved to a hotel after all the problems I had with the locals. She was lovely, friendly and happy to help with anything. Aziz on reception also very friendly and helped me with multiple things during my holiday. Both of them absolutely make this Riad what it is, without them this review would be extremely different.

The location - usually being in the centre of a city is good but as a solo traveller, it just isn't safe. At peak times it's impossible getting in or out of the soukh and just makes you feel anxious when you're on holiday to relax. There are no locks on the bedroom doors which is quite disconcerting. Even if there was a safe I'd feel a little better. The breakfast is fine but no real variety. The pickup from the airport was also a disaster when the driver didnt show up, but eventually someone came and I didn't have to pay so could have been worse.
