The staff was very nice the rooms were nice and clean the only issue was roaches .

Disappointing
Staff did their best to accommodate me and was extremely kind. Location is extremely convenient. Previous stays here have been excellent.
Cockroaches. Took 4 different rooms to get a room that didn't have multiple visible cockroaches at check in. When they did finally find one, although the cockroaches weren't initially visible, I ended up seeing a few throughout the course of my 2 night stay. Needs to be handled immediately. I'm hoping this was a temporary issue as I have stayed here twice before over the last year with no cleanliness or bug issues.

They messed me around!
I was called by Studio 6 staff, while en route to the hotel, and notified that the rooms I had booked were unavailable, and I would be switched to rooms at the adjacent Motel 6. I agreed to the switch and made it clear that I would be arriving LATE that evening and I wanted everything handled I arrived at the hotel, at 2am after car trouble set our travel plans back, to discover that I had NO rooms. Whomever was responsible over at Studio 6 never processed the transfer and the desk staff at Motel 6 was abrasive and indignant, unhelpful except to book me two new rooms. I was disgusted by my treatment and wouldn't recommend the place. Our room had a distinct scent of tobacco, although I reserved SMOKE-FREE rooms. The rooms were shabby, with worn furnishings and weird plastic mattress covers that creaked whenever we moved an inch.

over booked.
We got our conformation email that said our room was booked. When we got there the office was closed. When we called the number an after hours clerk said they were over booked and we didn't have a room. We ended up staying at a nearby motel(same parking lot). All four of us were in one bed. The room was bad. It had burn holes in the blanket and on the curtain. You could see daylight around most if the door. There was no coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast, no hair dryer, a single bar of soap, and the remote had tape on the back to hold the batteries in place. It was awful, but we were grateful to have somewhere to lay our heads for the night. We will not be booking with Studio 6 EVER again. As for the other place, we were thankful that they worked with us. The staff was friendly but the hotel owners need to put as much work into their rooms as they have put into their lobby.
