Hotel jest równocześnie zabytkowym pałacem, pięknie utrzymanym, położonym w cudownym ogrodzie. Przyjazny, fachowy I pomocny personel, szczególnie w recepcji. Pokoje urządzone ze smakiem I oryginalnie, można skorzystać ze spa. Bufet śniadaniowy urozmaicony, szczególnie jeśli ktoś lubi owoce I miejscowe smaki. Według mnie to świetny hotel.

The common rooms and grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, but taxis are not expensive and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the principal tourist attractions. When we took the shuttle, our driver gave us a tour en route that rivaled many city tours you buy, complete with interesting facts about the city, its history, and what we were seeing. The entire bell staff and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had our room ready and allowed us to check in early, which means a great deal to us after a long international flight.

The maid came to do turndown service at 10:00 p.m. after we had already gone to bed. This was a minor inconvenience - overall the service was excellent

The location of the hotel is perfect! up to a hill, situated in a quiet area but you need a car so you can go wherever you like! The staff are all of them very friendly and ready to serve you!

There has been a problem with mu wifi connection but after a few days it was resolved and the temperature inside my room was too cool for me! although there was an air condition, I could not adjust the temperature easily!
