Plusy: Our room had a wonderful view on Restauradores Square with Nespresso, minibar and chocolate on the pillows every night. Very comfortable large bed. At the 7th floor every morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast with view. Smoked salmon with sparking wine, grilled vegetables, warm croissants, cereals with yogurt and superfoods, fresh fruits and, not less important, very kind smiling waiters. On the 8th floor the terrace with loungers was like the”cherry on top of a cake”: just a surprise!

The bathroom was especially spacious with a great shower! We could get anywhere we needed to be very easily from this location by any. mode of transport.

Plusy: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.
Minusy: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Minusy: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

Plusy: The hotel was excellent in almost every way: nice room, excellent staff, good breakfast, nice rooms on ground floor for lounging and free coffee and tea 24/7. OK, they had an older elevator but it didn’t really matter. This hotel was our favorite hotel in our 2 week trip to Europe.

Minusy: Rezerwując hotel wiedziałem o tubach zamiast łazienki, przekonałem się, że nie będąc sam w pokoju nie jest to komfortowe rozwiązanie to a, b - problem z drzwiami do ubikacji nie został rozwiązany przez 2 tyg. (drzwi straszliwie skrzypiały/zacinały się - szczególnie uciążliwe w nocy). Klimatyzacja (testowany pok. 805) działała tak mało wydajnie, że przebywanie w godzinach maksymalnego nasłonecznienia w pokoju w temp. 25-26st C to nic przyjemnego. Recepcja dała poradę - ustawić na klimie 16stC, następnie delikatnie rozszczelnić okno, blenda do połowy okna, mesh na całe okno i zostawić jedną z kart w czytniku na cały dzień - ta porada dawała ciut niższe temp. wieczorem w pokoju, ale o typowej klimatyzowanej lodówce zapomnijcie Drzwi - solidna sprężyna mocno utrudniała ich otwieranie, facet nie ma problemu z tym, ot musi się posiłować, zaś drobna kobieta będzie się męczyła. Sprzątanie - jeżeli chcesz wyjść rano i wrócić popołudniu (przeczekać w pokoju najwyższe temp na zewnątrz) to w przypadku naszego pokoju zapomnij o sprzątaniu, nasz pokój był po 16stej, tuż przed 17 - dla mnie to porażka, wchodziliśmy z pokoju rano, wywieszaliśmy kartkę z prośba o posprzątanie a i tak zawsze działo się pomiędzy 16-17. Lobby - są dwa piętra, ale w pewnych porach podczas dnia jest tam pełno gości z zewnątrz, więc foteli dla gości hotelowych pozostawało b. mało.

Minusy: My promised "terrace" was really a balcony, just room enough for a small table and chairs. Also reception staff on evening I arrived were competent but hardly warm or welcoming -- not nearly like reception staff at Fonte Cruz Lisboa. Breakfast was sufficient but not as good as others I've had in this class of hotel in Portugal. And man, I wish these more upscale hotels would get rid of the coffee-making machines in breakfast room where you push a button to select your coffee/tea/hot chocolate. It all tastes like processed and synthetically sweetened bilgewater.

Mój mąż w ramach swoich urodzin otrzymał podarunek od hotelu - szampana i tort. Niespodzianka została przygotowana do pokoju, pięknie podana. Byliśmy zachwyceni. Duży taras na dachu hotelu gdzie można podziwiać panoramę miasta. Hotel spełniał natychmiast każdą naszą prośbę. Śniadania bardzo dobre, świeże owoce, soki, sery oraz słodkości. Byliśmy 3 noce, ale pomimo krótkiego pobytu bardzo odpoczęliśmy. Obsługa hotelu bez zarzutu, pełen profesjonalizm. Przed przylotem do Lizbony hotel kontaktował się ze mną w celu ustalenia czy mam dodatkowe życzenia oraz w kwestii transportu z lotniska. Minusy: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Plusy: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Plusy: We liked the location and the Staff were very helpful. The staff did everything they said they would do and we appreciated their positivity and quick response concerning the bed..
Minusy: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides.
The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

Minusy: Service in bar could be hard to get, sometimes waiting for 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. I think this is due to both low staffing and lay out. If the staff doesn't look around you won't be seen due to pillars and nooks.

The breakfast at the IBIS (2-3 stars) is better!!!!!!! NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! Plusy: Wow! What a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very pleasant and keen to help or fix any issue. Breakfast was excellent, and the juices and cakes were available to guests all day - fantastic to come back to after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the dinner with fado entertainment. Very special.

Minusy: No coffee maker!! Seriously? Huge disappointment and shock to see a four star without a coffee maker or any provision for coffee. Next time, I should bring my own may be. Sometimes, some people need to make hot water in Winters just to soothe the system. The staff that checked is in was so rude! She didn't even bother to give an overview of the city for first timers. Another staff tried to scare is about getting taxi early morning and suggested we book a taxi at night with the hotel. We found out that finding a taxi early morning wasn't a problem at all and that he would have charged double the cost of the fare just to book it. We booked using the Free Now taxi app. Great service. Room was not sound proof as noise from other parts of the hotel was getting in.

Minusy: I had a major issue with the shower in the room. On my first day, the water was leaking from the pipe that connected the shower head to the tap. It was so bad that it was not possible to have any water pressure. After the maintenance staff came to replace that, on the second day, the water pressure was too high and the shower head could not be controlled and basically the water went everywhere. I understand that design is important for the look of a hotel, but when it overrides function and practicality, I was deprived of having a decent shower during my stay in this hotel. It did not leave a good impression for me in spite of the other pluses of the hotel.

Plusy: Cóż, byłem pierwszy raz w Lizbonie, zły byłem że zmieniono mi hotel bez bez wcześniejszego poinformowania. Nowy hotel, bardzo fajny godny polecenia, co prawda winda mnie zawiodła i musiałem dzwonić po pomoc, ale troszkę absurdalne z tymi kartami. Śniadania rewelacyjne i obsługa kuchni... :) Mam nadzieję że kiedyś jeszcze tam polecę. Sławomir

Minusy: The room appeared smaller than what the picture seemed. I know the measurements were given, but it’s hard to visualize the dimensions given. I also don’t like the bathroom walls being glass, although a curtain was available.

Przylot do Lizbony w nocy - nie było problemu, żeby dostać się w nocy - kod do wejścia i kluczyk w sejfie - super rozwiązanie. Możliwość przechowania bagaży i dostęp do łazienki już po wymeldowaniu z pokoju:-). Czysto i schludnie. Pokój od ulicy - dość głośno z uwagi na ruch uliczny, ale po intensywnym zwiedzaniu cudownej Lizbony, człowiek dość szybko usypia:-). Najbardziej urzekający był taras z widokiem na Lizbonę - miło było zjeść tam śniadanie:-). Wspólna kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Jest plan na powrót do tego miejsca. Polecam wszystkim:-).

Dosyć zimno, jest 1 elektryczny grzejnik, to mało, pozyczalismy drugi, co trochę poprawiło sytuację, ale nie do końca

Minusy: No hot water for the entire week. No compensation offered, nothing, not even a good explanation for what happened and when would be fixed. When asked for an invoice for my company, I received a wrong total in EUR, with a wrong card number used for the payment, took them few days to issue that. I replied that those details were wrong, asked for a new correct invoice to be issued. Never heard from the property again.

Przylot do Lizbony w nocy - nie było problemu, żeby dostać się w nocy - kod do wejścia i kluczyk w sejfie - super rozwiązanie. Możliwość przechowania bagaży i dostęp do łazienki już po wymeldowaniu z pokoju:-). Czysto i schludnie. Pokój od ulicy - dość głośno z uwagi na ruch uliczny, ale po intensywnym zwiedzaniu cudownej Lizbony, człowiek dość szybko usypia:-). Najbardziej urzekający był taras z widokiem na Lizbonę - miło było zjeść tam śniadanie:-). Wspólna kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Jest plan na powrót do tego miejsca. Polecam wszystkim:-).
Minusy:
W czasie pobytu w obiekcie takim jak Portugal Ways Culture Guest House w mieście Lizbona znajdziesz się 15 minut spacerem od atrakcji takich jak Plac Rossio i Winda Santa Justa. Udogodnienia biznesowe to usługi pralni chemicznej, pralnia oraz winda. Płatne udogodnienia to transport z i na lotnisko w niektórych godzinach.
