Plusy: The property has been rebuilt to a very high standard, the room was superb and the bathroom the same.

Minusy: There are no staff on duty after breakfast. It is not possible to buy any food or drink after breakfast, and certainly not in the evenings. There is no alternative but to go out in the evening, as in the hotel there is insufficient lounge space to accommodate all guests, there is only the outside courtyard. In our case, when we arrived I noticed there was no milk with the tea/ coffee tray. I was told that there would be milk available next morning at breakfast (?) and if we needed any before then, there was a Supermarket across the road. Not a good start to our holiday. There was no cooked food available at breakfast, and my request for poached eggs was refused.

Plusy: Very centrally located in Old Alcudia, beautiful and tastefully renovated buildings with everything one might need for a shortish stay.....small pools, great breakfasts, very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms not huge but with plenty of storage and great bathrooms although no where to hang the complimentary dressing gown....our only complaint. We had dinner on site one night, not to our taste but the other couple dining thought if was superb, so who knows? In house bar, complimentary water and tea or coffee both in rooms and reception. Good value for money.

Plusy: It was very interesting to watch the hotel as a living ecosystem. All the staff were very helpful and kind, but Aleksandra was the best. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very tasty. It was really close to the beach and the pool was also nice place to relax. I recommend renting a car in Mallorca - by car the transfer from the airport is very fast and parking was easy in the public car park not far from the hotel.

Plusy: On arrival at the hotel the first thing you notice is how spotless the place is - staff are friendly and polite and helpful , the rooms are spacious and well presented and modern , the food is excellent with great choices each morning and evening , the facilities brilliant although if you use a gym you may find this one a little lacking in equipment, evening entertainment varied with many tribute acts and the bar area is pleasant and upto date with a great choice of drinks - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel or return again

Plusy: Loved the comfort & cleanliness of the room. We had a suite which was great for space. The staff are simply amazing! Very friendly & nothing is too much trouble for them. Special shout outs to Yvette, Marcus & Yolanda but they were all fantastic! The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the centre of town or to the beach. Breakfast is laid out buffet style for the cold meats cheeses etc then you order hot food - eggs etc. We didn’t use the restaurant on a night preferring to go into the town centre bars & restaurants. We did order off the pool snack menu which was good but they put mustard mayo in everything & the cheese on the pizza is weird. The pool area is great. The hotel provide towels & you can take these to the beach if you wish. The spa is lovely & a good facility to have if you get a bad weather day.

Minusy: No inside bar area only the pool bar. No dressing table area with a mirror to sit at with sockets for hair straighteners to do hair & make-up Mini bar / fridge too high up to reach comfortably No where to dry wet costumes in the room. A clothes airer on the balcony would be good. Limited choice of hot food at breakfast - some English breakfast sausages would be a good addition

Minusy: If you like crowds, noise and dirty pool water, this is a place for you. This is a very big complex with hundreds of guests. The pools are crowded, the pool chairs always occupied, unless you get up early in the morning and drop your towels town, which is what most people seem to be doing. The hotel is located in a very touristy part of Alcudia. The bay water is very warm but also stinky and dirty, partly thanks to the boats parked around and emptying their grey water tanks into the bay. I understand the convenience of all inclusive deals for families, its nice to get the break from cooking and cleaning, but to me, this was not worth it. I am glad we only stayed one night.

Minusy: Where to start. Wi-Fi was horrible, staff were rude and not helpful. Aircon was terrible. We had it on full time and our daughters room only got down to 28 degrees. The buffets were expensive and extremely noisy and not relaxing. The pool area was ok. But the baby pool had no stimulation for kids and had no shade. Pools were over crowded and there is a rule that you can't bagged sunlounges but everyone did and there was never anywhere to sit with our child. I have a child so I enjoyed some of the entertainment but I would really feel for someone who didn't have kids who stayed there. It was so noisy, kids running around everywhere and appeared like no control. Buffett food was overpriced for what it was.

We didn't have breakfast, but the dinner was excellent (except raw fish fillet), the hotel was close enough to the see, but not by the beach as advertised - main road has to be crossed to reach the beach. There is a nice play area for children at the back

Minusy: Extra payment for everything, including safe (which was advertised as included) and it wasn't big enought to fit 13" laptop, so useless. My request for baby cot was confirmed via email, but when we arrived it was not prepared and we were asked to pay for it extra also (I refused and didn't pay at the end). The indoor swimming pool was too cold, the jacuzzi didn't work and the water in it was yellow.

Plusy: Great sized rooms, all suites. Good internet, there’s a Nespresso maker 1.50EUR a pod, great rain shower, balcony with lounger and table. Power sockets by the bed, plenty of storage. Great choice of food at meal times. I didn’t visit the spa as i was out cycling most days and there is no issue with having the bicycle in the room. Free parking. Very quiet in the room and although this is a big hotel there wasn’t a sense there were many people around although I was told the hotel was full, I enjoyed that :-). You won’t make a mistake by booking here.

Minusy: This is a french hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel if you can speak French. As an English family we struggled with communication, the evening entertainment was all in french and whilst the other holiday makers were extremely friendly they mostly spoke 0 English even though we clearly couldn't speak french. The hotel is amazing but it was very disappointing to feel like we were in france on our Spanish holiday. Such a shame as for an all inclusive holiday the food was amazing. Due to the lack of communication we only found out there were snacks available on the last day as well as apertif's before dinner.

Plusy: All the staffs were kind, helpful, willing to help us at any time. Closed to the beautiful beach and the room was also clean.

Minusy: We did not like the noise from the next Hotel and the bars around. We stayed a total of 7 nights, sadly we could not relax either sleep well at the beginning of the staying at the hotel. Please be aware of the law in Palma that anyone can be loud till 00:00. Of course, we all an event or party, it never ended at 00:00. But luckily, we had a chance to change our room towards the main entrance, and we luckily could not hear any noise. The staffs tried their best to help us too.
