Dom Goncalo Hotel & Spa

Very good quality/price relation. Hotel has a new area that we would advise, although the rooms are more expensive (also bigger in space). Spa and gym are pleasant and for free (except massages) and breakfast is good. Restaurant is nice (not cheap) but too quiet.

No covered parking and the one that exists is a bit small for the hotel size, but that's just a minor issue compared with all the good stuff you get.

The Pool and Spa facilities were first class.

The restaurant prices were a little expensive.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful to myself and others.

booked a twin room but got twin beds joined together with same bed clothes so couldnt separate them.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in the Hotel, the staff and facilities were excellent. In particular we found the Head Waiter and his team extremely helpful and they went out of their way to give us an excellent service. For example the Head Waiter had reserved us a table without us requesting (he pre-empted our needs) and it was welcomed after a long day out. We ate in the hotel most of our stay for two reasons, it was excellent and it was good value for money.

Service is friendly and good. Facilities are excellent. Lounge is peacful. Spa is wonderful. Breakfast is excellent. Room service is excellent. Overall a wonderful place to saty.

A great place to stay in Fatima, quiet, welcoming and nice. A fabulous restaurant downstairs!
