„Great location to reach the Serra Estrela ski slopes, but a little quiet when there is no snow. If you want fresh mountain air and peace and quiet this is for you.”

„I think it needs to be updated specially regarding the bathrooms and sound proof situation. We stayed in a room in the same floor of breakfast room and from 7.30am we could not get any sleep. It does not make sense a 4 star hotel to have noise when people go there to have some rest. Also the restaurant food is not that big of a deal.”

„Staff friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the very good quality food at the Restaurant “Medieval”. Very good for families with kids, since they have a big room with toys and games, swimming pool and outdoor playground.”
