Minusy: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plusy: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Minusy: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Minusy: Nie było włączone ogrzewanie przez co było bardzo zimno.

Minusy: Seats could have been more comfortable

Plusy: Very accommodating staff

Minusy: breakfast served was still frozen.

Plusy: Great service, tasty sandwich.

Minusy: Boarding was a bit of a scrum.

Plusy: Crew was amazing people

Plusy: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Plusy: The crew was very lazy and not professional

Minusy: Don't stop demanding from the crew

Plusy: Excellent

Plusy: Swiss is my new favorite airline.

Minusy: Nothing bad to report. Book Swiss!

Plusy: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Minusy: 3hours late

Plusy: Udało nam się dostarczyć nasze standardowe opakowania zwrotne w postaci artykułów osobistych, mimo że były one z pewnością większe niż niewielki rozmiar artykułów osobistych.

Minusy: Mieliśmy straszne doświadczenie w uzyskiwaniu odprawy online i dodawaniu sprawdzanych toreb. Liczne problemy związane z firmą i personelem centrum telefonicznego były niegrzeczne i nieprzydatne. Strona internetowa jest poglchana. Opłata za przewóz bagażu była bardzo wysoka. Nie będziemy ponownie korzystać z tej linii lotniczej.

Plusy: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.

Minusy: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.

Minusy: Top cold inside. 35-40 % of the journey we had turbulences
