loved the vibe
nothing it was all perfect
Exceptional
Hotel is even more exclusive than photo shows. Highly recommended to book a stay and enjoy this place peaceful ellegance .
don't know.
Superb
Breakfast was not included. Fairly expensive 29 euros per head!
Low value for money
A 5-star hotel but tv didn’t work, electricity socket for coffee machine didn’t work, needed to drink hot drinks in plastic cups (the same cups as the ones which were supplied for the bathroom), low quality shower, limited range of products for breakfast, asked for a double bed, but got two separate beds... tried to call reception, but had no clear indication of how to reach them (tried 0 and some direct dial options)...
Disappointed empty hotel was not...
Room was not In line with website pictures
Renovated hotel was empty, and were given random small room, old style
Superb
Great location & luxurious interior.
Clean service came way too early. We were still sleeping
Never again
There was nothing about this hotel that we liked just nothing
How is this hotel 5 stars is beyond me! The staff is not friendly they just don’t care. Barely open their mouth to speak as if scared that you might ask something. There were as good as no guest during our stay and yet with got a crappiest room with a view in dirty building. Toilet rolles were not changed half used ( Covid time) dust everywhere. Can’t open a window there is no air inside I was sophisticating. AC makes so much noice that we couldn’t sleep all night. Takes 10 min before you have hot water in the shower. Not a bottle of water in the room. Minibar empty. Just nothing a big fat zero. If you are thirsty just die because even the night shops are closed because of the COVID 19. Only one pillow per person not one extra in the closet. I parked the car in the hotel parking and after 6 hours we drove out for dinner and I paid 25€ parking is so narrow that it is at your own risk to not crush your car. Coming back from dinner I parked my car for entire night in the parking next to central station and it costed me only 6€! It says extra large beds in my reservation in reality it is just a queen size bed. Extra large is king size not the one you are advertising on booking.com. We left early in the morning at 8h30 and will never ever again make a reservation at any Radisson hotel chain whatsoever. What a dump! I will never recommend my friends either and yes I know the management will reply and say that they are taking my comments very seriously and will take notes and blah blah blah. But here is a thought why don’t make everything perfect so people don’t have to leave negative comments and never return again ?? How about if are incapable to do the job then just leave the business to the ones who know how to??? Shame on you and shame on me for making a reservation at your hotel.
Room was very spacious and clean. Location was great, right near to the tourism attractions.
We were in our wedding anniversary, and I've request for any gesture from the hotel to make our stay better, but the hotel haven't recorded our request and in consequence, haven't provided anything special. We arrived 2 hours before the check-in and the staff told us to walk around the city a little bit because the room was getting ready for us, and they will give us a call when ready. We came back 4 hours later, more than two hours after the check-in time, and we were advised from the staff that the room wasn't ready yet, and the lady in the reception was very rude. And the last, we were expecting the full hotel operating, and only with short notice we have been told that the hotel was under refurbishment, so we haven't been able to enjoy all the hotel facilities as expected.
The location of the hotel is very central. The breakfast was delicious.
There was a renovation in the interior part of the building which provided a not so pictorous sight but apart from that it was a very nice stay.
The location is amazing, very close to the historical centre, shopping streets, and restaurants/cafes and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and mostly quiet. Wifi was also very easy to connect to and worked perfectly well throughout the whole stay. Overall, the hotel made our stay very enjoyable.
We were warned about the constructions going on on-site, however, it was only done after we have paid for and booked our stay. Purely due to that fact, there were some minor issues. The lifts were very slow and sometimes only one out of three of them would work. There was no heating inside the hotel, so it was very cold, particularly in the lifts, lounge, halls and at the breakfast restaurant. There was also more noise at the end of our stay, especially early in the morning.
The location was excellent, very close to major points from the city. Great service. The room was big enough for two persons. Very comfortable beds, one of the major positive things.
The heater from the room was a little big noisy, giving the fact that it was actually the air conditioning system. For sure this is a thing that can be upgraded in the future.
Central to everything, lovely room
The breakfast, expensive and poor for the price
The bedroom was really nice. The living room was ok, the furniture was pretty well used - would soon need an upgrade.
The hotel is undergoing renovation. Therefore the experience of the overall hotel is far from exciting. As long the renovation is going on, you have not much to enjoy at the hotel except your room.
I do not like the showers in the baths. Should be separate.
Should be better to have more vegan options in the breakfast.
Pedro and Giulia were super friendly.
WiFi as not working very well all the time.
Room was very warm and air con didn’t cool it down.
Fast checking in and checking out
Internet is not reaching room 250 called 4 times during 2 days they didnt fix anything
Extra baby toiletries
Room felt a bit small for a junior suite
Too much noise. I made reservation via booking and it was not mentioned. After booking (non refundable) I was informed on the renovation.
Hotel was in a great location located near Galeries Royales. Room ambiance and design was good and we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s friendly gestures of complimentary fruit delicacies and drinks at the bar. We were fortunate to have a wonderful rep who helped us put our 2 rooms (different room types - standard and deluxe suite) on the same floor.
The entrance of the hotel was being renovated so we had to access the hotel from the side; this wasn’t a big deal though.
Hotel's location was great. Very near to top attractions. Breakfast was great.
The location is perfect, nearby the center
IF YOU ARE UNDER RENOVATION IS UNREAL YOU STAY OPEN. It was a pity because the place could be really good: they send an email just 6 days before the arrival in which they specify the Hotel is under renovation, just in time was expiry the time for free cancellation. The structure was mostly not to fit in, we chose also this hotel for the confort and the big spaces inside like the big space for breakfast and lunch, but that area was closed and the menu reduced, to make matters worse the breakfast is served in a small space which was impossible to move in comfortably. At last in the morning you can heard the bricklayers make loud noise not so far of you. I worked for long time in hotel and hospitality and i can say that situation was unreal for me, when the hotel is under renovation the structure is closed, always!
the room was clean, well heated, staff was friendly, breakfast was good
the facility was in repair - central entrance closed, no lobby bar etc....
Regret there was Major renovations going on to the main reception area which we were not aware of until 2 days before our trip :0(
I was disappointed as I did not get value for money. I booked the junior suite in November 2019 and a few days before I travelled received an email to say the hotel was renovating and there was limited choice of things. I was so disappointed. If they had said before on the website before I booked I would have booked a different hotel. I paid a lot of money for the suite and felt robbed. What I saw is not what I bargained for.
The service and atmosphere due to renovations
Perfect location in the center of Brussels
The hotel is at a renovation process. The breakfast area is at a very dark room in the basement without any windows.
The people working there were great
The remodeling at the facility really made the stay less than pleasurable. I wish you would have told me so I could have made other arrangements!
Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly.
Location
The property was having major major building works, the main reason I booked this hotel was the pictures of the lobby area which looked lovely. Only to find it was all hidden while it was under going renovation works. The make shift lobby area was dusty and small. Our room was nice, but overlooked the main building site entrance. The noise was horrendous being woken up to the sound of drilling was very upsetting. There was tea and coffee facilities with the kettle socket broken so you had to move the kettle next to the bed to make tea. There was only one tea bag, no milk and one sugar. Between two guests for two nights. We only got an email about the renovations a week before we traveled, which we were not able to cancel of free of charge. The hotel should not be open when carrying out extensive building work like that.
The breakfast was really great, The room was very big, clean and the bathroom with all facilities. I strongly recommend it and for its location, close to gare centrale, grand place etc.
everything was great actually
Location..
Breakfast was between 6:30 and 10:30. We arrived around 10 with two kids, hence we were not done eating at 10:30. However we felt unwelcome to finish our breakfast and asked 10 times by the staff if they could remove the coups plates etc.
There is reconstruction going on, so a lot of things would go unsaid till it is done, but it was really a good night’s sleep, great bed, very decent choice of tv channels and very good breakfast
Curious thing is no toilette brush
Good location and modern room design
Hotel under renovation until April 2020 so better stay away until that time .... breakfast option limited and common areas are poor right now.
When booking the hotel it was after I was told that the lobby was under construction..no restaurant etc.. All I got for my money was a room ..
Location is perfect, near to train station, attractions, restaurants and cafes. The room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. Fast wifi. Staff at the front desk are helpful and attentive.
Due to renovations, the entrance of the hotel is moved to the back door where we had to carry our luggages over a big staircase, no staff of the hotel were presented or offered to help. The construction works were so loud during our last day it was as if someone was drilling in the room next door. It was very disturbing, if we weren’t already awake because we had to leave early we would’ve surely be awakened by the noise!
The €50 euro a night security charge comes as a surprise. Almost a week later and it has not been returned to my account. Wouldn’t stay again for this reason.
More or less everything. Breakfast was really good!
I like fresh air, but threre was no possibility to open the window. It was locked.
Staff at the reception, at the breakfast room were very polite and supportive. Extended check out of 2 hours was given without any fuss. Location is so central that we could see almost all the places of interest by walk. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Lot of choices for breakfast.
Vegetarian and non vegetarian items should not be kept in the same serving pot.
The service was great and the stay was very comfortable
It’s under renovation
Breakfast
The building works we were only notified of after booking they started at 4am!!
Location Area of room Extended check out time
The staff were not friendly Hotel under renovation . Must indicate that at clearly at the top of booking page. .. not down in the bottom . No heating in the room and was very cold ... No lobby area since hotel under renovation Not good cleaning No taxies waiting by
the rooms were quiet modern and clean. Even though we had lots of issues with the room the staff were awesome and tried really hard to fix the problems for us.
the lobby was under major construction. We had been forwarned that the front enterence was closed for renos however the email kind of down played the extend of the construction. The entire inside of the main hotel was a major construction zone. the wifi was too weak and kept dropping out. the staff tried to fix it multiple times but it didnt help. Also the heating in the room was way too high, they tried to fix it but it didnt help.
I enjoyed the stay so much! All the staff was very helpful during my whole stay and the room was simply INCREDIBLE! Great choice of the hotel - I will definitely come back during my upcoming business trip!! Thanks from me to Joel the receptionist and the maintenance guy who came to unblock the safe at my room (my fault!) at 1:15 am!!! I had a great time in your hotel - thank you for everything
Everything was good
Location cannot be beat - central to everything yet quite enough to relax after a day of exploring Brussels.
Second day, I return to my room after it was cleaned. All of a sudden lights do not turn on (worked just fine on day 1). I called the front desk and they talked to me as if I was “challenged” in the light-switching department, but did send an electrician once I directly asked for one. He examined the issue and confirmed that indeed the system was broken. He turned the lights on from the engineering switch box in the hall, and asked me to switch them off manually in the room if I go out. A couple hours have passed and I was getting ready for bed and went to turn off the lights - to my little surprise - no effect (((. Faced with a prospect of sleeping with all lights on, I called the front desk again. They acknowledged that the electrician had previously reported the issue but he already left for the night, so the only option was to relocate me to another room. Well, they did offer an upgrade from 2nd to 4th floor (nicer rooms), so I packed quickly and patiently waited for reception to come get me and show to my new room. In about 10 minutes (very quickly) a staff member arrived and escorted me to ... a room two doors down the hall on the same floor ))). Fine, I was really tired anyways. The only difference between the two rooms was that the new one had a Nespresso machine. I figured it’ll be nice to have some coffee in the morning before I leave for the airport, so I did not argue.... low and behold, the next morning as I was ready to fix me some coffee I discovered that the wall electric socket - was not working! LOL. I reported the issue but did not have time to wait for my morning coffee as I had a flight to catch. Overall, if it were not for the amazing location, I would be mad, but the location kinda made it bearable. So, if they fix the electric stuff - good place to stay, if not - you are better off staying at one of the hotels nearby.
Brekfast was very good, location is good as well...
The hotel is under reconstruction and 80% of facilities is not available. By the way, nobody told us that information. There is a lot of dust all over the hotel. House keeping personel is fine, but they are comming to rooms at a very strange time! The price is quite high in comparison with the service you get...
the location. parking place
facilities
All public areas closed. Lots of dust and smells from building works. Noisy during the day
The good central location, close to subway/train station and other central must visit parts of Brussels. Many outlets and usb charging ports for devices. A lot of personal amenities for personal hygiene.
The major reason for us booking this hotel was the interior garden, which was under renovation and also a huge disappointment. The whole bathroom was flooded with water when you emptied the tub, and everything on the ground got wet. I can not recommend breakfast, the staff are friendly but unfortunately the food was subpar.
Location is great. Close to the city centre.
Hotel is under refurbishment and the general status of the lobby is rather miserable. There were works done during my stay causing noise to the room. This is to some extent understandable but I should have been warned before hand.
Always clean, great location, staff excellent
They say essential work is only during the day, seems to start a little early sometimes pre 7 AM, bar is shut, and alternative gas no atmosphere, no fault of the staff who are brilliant
Central location
Informed of last minute building work the day before we arrived.
Room was exceptional. Location was brilliant, easy to get to from the airport and short walk everywhere (15 mins max) through the cobbled streets to explore the many shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!!!
Currently doing renovations to the lobby, but was told this pre arrival. Didn’t affect our stay.
Breakfast was great, staff were superb. Shame that the hotel lobby was undergoing renovation when we stayed.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and pleasant (although a bit hot, we removed the douvets from their covers the second night which was better). The location was excellent for walking around Brussels, and only about 20mins from the airport.
Breakfast was disappointing. The food was bland and poorly cooked. Facilities were not as advertised when we booked, due to lobby and restaurant renovations. The hotel emailed me a few days before we stayed to inform of this, but too late to change our plans (if we had wished to).
Room clean spacious Shower great Tv good as good selection English (and other languages) channels Cleaned each day and toiletries etc replaced
No lobby as under construction and woken up by construction noise Also woken up by house keeping knocking on door at 8 45 am then 9 30am and check out not until 12 noon
Location is ideal in the city of Brussels. It is close to all local amenities and withing walking distance to the main attractions that Brussels has to offer. The room itself was also quite clean overall and the bed is soft and comfy.
Very disappointed that there was MAJOR renovations occurring at the property. I would not have booked this property had I known previous to booking that the renovations would take over practically the entire building. Dust and the smell of rubble was very prominent in the 'makeshift' lobby area. Noise levels in the room were quite high with machinery. I would stay in this hotel again when the renovations are finished but I do think it is false advertising showing a beautiful lobby and reception area on the website with no mention of the major renovations and most of the hotel being shut off. Customers are not receiving the product in which they paid for. An email one week post booking is not sufficient warning as prepay no refundable customers cannot change their mind.
Good location, good breakfast
Internet didn’t function, room is small.
Good internet strength and convenient location close to central station and grand place
Under construction / renovation, no lobby nothing there except your room and lots of construction workers. Staff is unapologetic, the elevator to garage was not working had to walk up and down and parking machine does not work had to again go up down to pay my 35 euros .. maybe will be better later when work is completed I’m surprised they are open now avoid hotel
We were in Radisson Blue Royal hotel in Brussels this January. The Hotel is under construction and its very noisy starting 9am. It is very inconvenient, especially if you are traveling from abroad and trying to catch a nap in the morning due to a time change. We were very much looking forward to take a nap - we were traveling with a child, but it was impossible. The worst part is that they do not warn you about it on the website obviously and you find out about it only once you get there. Don’t book it if you want to sleep in!!!!!!
The breakfast is exceptional, a lot of choice and the service during breakfast is great. Room was ok, no noise
Receptionists were not great. During the check-in they did not provide me with any information about wifi, breakfast time,... I had to ask. Same story during the check-out, not even once did the receptionist ask me how my stay was. Overall I thought they were a bit rude. Staying in a hotel like that during Christmas-time, you expect some cosy atmosphere. It could not have been further from that, which is a pitty. The renovation at the hotel made everything less special, but this was communicated upfront so we knew that.
The location
The ongoing maintenance of the hotel, slow or no wifi, and broken elevators
We loved the huge comfortable suite
The renovations meant there was no real lounge area or reception and looking out onto a construction site was a bit weird.
Location
Facilities. Under construction. Cleaner knocks too early every morning to try access the room for cleaning
Location was close to train and center.
Mold in room. They had construction in courtyard, entry and pool loud dirty and not useable. Failed to connect rooms with children. Rooms not ready on time. Billed for more than quoted. One elevator not in use.
Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Room was a good size. Free drinks was a nice touch.
It was a shame part of the hotel was being renovated. I was only informed a matter of days before travelling. That said, it didn’t disrupt our stay.
Excellent location and wonderful breakfast. The suite was wonderful and beds very comfortable
It was a shame there was work going on at the hotel while we were there but it didn't spoil the experience at all
Great location and staff
Nothing
Location
Very bad and arrogant staff, the internet speed in rooms was awfully slow, the lighting in rooms was poor as well as the guest services. The modern furniture is ugly and unpractical. The executive lounge is very very poor.
Breakfast buffet was good
The WiFi was bad. The internet was slow. Housekeeping staff was aggressive. They could be nice but lack etiquette.
breakfast, cleaning, location, window view
slow internet, room temp. adjustment
Clean rooms
The property was under renovation. This should have been conveyed to us earlier and not at the last moment. Only one restaurant was open with very limited menu. It was inconvenient for my children. They should have informed this if earlier .
Location is near to grand palace . Good shopping center around.
Week internet connection. Promise by IT but no action taken from hotel. But not all are bad , as some of the staff are friendly.
Staff was friendly.
The main part of the hotel was a huge construction site with building work even done on the 24th of december. No bar, no real restaurant, no atrium - everything was closed. Main entrance was behind scaffolding too and you had to enter through a tiny side entrance. This was a huge disappointment and definitely not what we were expecting. We were informed that there was renovation going on only after we booked a non-refundable room. And even knowing this, we were shocked to see the state in which the hotel is in. Wifi was down, too.
Liked the hotel...but they were renovating hence main lobby was closed....
The breakfast was identical every single day!!!!
Location ; very clean hotel
Reception area is too small since they are doing some renovation at the hotel.
Room was nice, could just be a bit bigger. We had a big luggage and a pram, so got a bit tight. The shower gel (from toiletries) smells amazing! I loved it. Reception staff is also great. We were checked in by Louis and he was really nice, shame I was already disappointed so didn't look very happy. Also after checking out I noticed I had lost something in the room so asked to go back in and another reception staff acompanied me back to the room and was very helpful. At breakfast they have some really tasty cookies next to the coffee area.
Oh God, where to begin? Hotel is facing major refurbishment so they are using a side entrance. The thing is there's no one by the door and it's only stairs. I had a baby and a pram (and luggages). Luckly I had my husband with me, but if I was on my own or a single mum, wouldn't be able to come in not even to ask for help as I couldn't leave all my stuff and the baby outside. Probably wheelchair users are not welcome at the moment. I wasn't offered help not even once of all the times I entered and came out of the hotel. Hotel literally looks like A WAR ZONE! There are no social areas at the moment, no lobby, nothing, due to refurbishment, but they are still charging you full price and you only find out about the work they are doing after you've booked It. Still can not get a picture of how big the work is until you are there and see it. Shampoo smells nice but leaves the hair really dry! :( Breakfast, for me personally, comparing with other hotels (we were on a trip of several days visiting few cities and countries) and taking into consideration the price of the hotel, was a disaster, one of the worse we had but everyone has a different taste. Also they hide their Nutellas from the guests. Stays in a cupboard next to the juices (guests have no access to it). On the table there is a jar (or pot) of a different brand that doesn't taste near as nice (I made sure I tried it) and I only found out they had Nutella because I saw some children asking for it and I saw a member of staff getting it from this cupboard. It really annoyed me. Second day still hidden so I asked for it and the lady didn't seem happy, saw a little twist in her face. Hotel may look wonderful after the refurbishment but I definitely wouldn't stay here again, unfortunately. Air con in the room doesn't really work. It is winter at the moment but was so hot in the room, I tried to cool it down but we had to sweat all night.
It was nicely located to the Grand Place
The construction work, lack of staff, cleanliness of the rooms.
Employees.
Lack of water at the frigo.
Good location and clean room.
Construction inside this hotel, hope to improve the facility and breakfast.
There are works going on. As from 8h in the morning a lot of noise. Room was like 28 degrees No fresh air Very very dry air
Convinient and location is superb
Nothing
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Grand Place, St Michel cathedral, bus station, and the main shopping area. We were aware of the hotel renovations but were still surprised at the extent of construction, covering the entire main entrance and lobby, and the primitive nature of the temporary arrangements (will get to that later). Our flight arrived at noon so I had asked about early check-in; after a long search I was offered to choose between 2 rooms (I selected an interior room which overlooked the interior lobby/construction zone). We paid extra for a Superior Room which was good sized and nicely appointed, with a true king bed and a good size bathroom with a rain forest shower head, but with a completely empty bar (had to ask for the complementary water). The breakfast buffet was not included in the room rate but was extensive, with a good selection of hot and cold items (including Asian dishes) and even an omelette station, although it got crowded fast during the morning rush. The cleaning staff kept the hotel and our room in wonderful condition.
Due to the hotel renovations the front desk was moved to a small corner area with no lobby to speak of (2 metal tables with metal folding chairs). The staff, MOST of whom were extremely friendly and professional, still needed constant reminding of my request for help to contact the airport over my lost cell phone. The A/C was turned off due to winter season, so our room was always overly warm (we had an interior room so could not get fresh outside air). I also would like to point out for special mention the night manager (Jean Luc?), who literally chased after us to demand our room number and then sternly lecture me after I informed him that we were simply following the advice of the day staff that we only needed to drop off our room key for our early morning departure (we had already paid our bill and performed the checkout the prior evening). Unfortunately I'll have to look to stay elsewhere on our next visit
Location, breakfast and free parking with suite category rooms
I was notified last few days prior arrival that the hotel its under renovations till April 2020 and most of the hotel facilities are not accessible however still charged me the full fair. To add insult to injury they gave me a room not as described (probably not yet renovated) in the photos provided on booking.com,
Location is excellent and the hotel did very well to accomodate us.
There was building works in the main entrance, although it wasn't heard.
It’s a building site
Building site .. got a email days before trip advising of some reworking going on .jack hammers going on from early morning! Rooms dated and need a bit of tlc .. dirty bed linen..
Great location and great breakfast
The hotel is currently being renovated which makes it extremely noisy and cramped. This would have been no issue if there was a clear warning. We received a half hearted message to say what was actually going on less than 24 hours before we travelled so there was no time or availability to change hotel. The hotel should be offering reduced rates for the noise and la k of choice on room service menu.
Room was great and very comfortable
Renovation works meant alternative access/reception... picture not true representation of hotel, quite disappointed and probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I’d known
Very comfortable bed and quite room
Picked this hotel for celebrate our anniversary..but they have no lobby no reception becose the renovation. and just mentioned on email 2 days before we be there. No xmas filling.. 7 a.m the workers started make so much nice could not sleep longer.. socking for that much money.. maybe in the summer when they finished the renovation can be a nice hotel but now I wish I booked a ather hotel cos now they ruined our anniversary...very sad:(
Staff, rooms were very nice, beds wonderfully comfy, and lovely breakfasts
Hotel very much like a building site at the moment.,
Staff, rooms were very nice, beds wonderfully comfy, and lovely breakfasts
Hotel very much like a building site at the moment.,
The staff were just really unhelpful.
The works are going on, which is fine but I was only made aware of this two days beforehand.
Booked a twin room but got a double bed... not ideal when staying with your daughter
Comfortable bed.
Old / outdated, rooms look tired. Loud outside and room noise, can hear everything through floor and door. Other nice cheaper hotels There is business then there is basic Stay 10 hotels a year, worst been in many years AC as others mentioned too hot or to cold Refurb of hotel starts at 7:30am. Room not done till 4pm daily
The hotel was under construction Very noisy Overcrowded reallocated bar ,breakfast area and bar They should have notify us since they were in direct contact with us Very bad experience
Location was excellent and rooms very comfortable
Location was excellent - breakfast was plentiful !
Renovation works being carried out - lots of noise & dust but hotel did their best to minimise it
Nice
Nice design and location
Couldn't sleep because of poor noise isolation of room over street
why it was a difficult stay
Location and staff weRe great.
I was on the second floor and there must be a club directly underneath. I couldn't sleep because the music was throbbing through the room. I had to be up at 5 am so this was disastrous. Not good at all. Not worth it at all.
I thought the entire staff including housekeeping was very friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient in trying to meet our needs. I had to deal with management couple of times and Dimitros was just great! Location is excellent, rooms are well lite with all the amenities. I like the idea that every floor is different in color and décor. Also many rooms are not the same. I like the state of the art security system and privacy with the room keys and not being able to access another floor w/your room key. Rooms are comfortable not like some hotel rooms that are very small and crowed.
I think on the daily basis they should make a slight change in their menu for the buffet breakfast. Everyday it was exactly the same. Breakfast is open 6:15 and they should be ready at 6:15, the hot food was not ready till 6:40, chef was still preparing. I was with a Globus tour in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and the 2 hotels there had a slight change in their menu. Radisson should get a sophisticated coffee machine so people can help themselves that way you don't have to ask them for coffee and it would help a busy day. It was very chaotic, short of staff several days in the breakfast restaurant, , everybody was running around then accidents occurred spilling coffee, crashing plates. Tables were not cleaned off so it was difficult to find a table. I understand that at times understaffing occurs, I think days like this they should have a sign Please wait to be seated, so they could get a table ready for the amt. of customers to be seated. As people were let in freely, we're looking for a clean table and it was difficult to find one so I landed up cleaning my table plus got my own coffee. I felt it was ok to help out a little bit. They have a ledge anywhere from 2 1/2-3 inches high before going into the bathroom which doesn't make sense why they have it, it serves no purpose and certainly does not help the décor. I think it is very dangerous especially at night. I kicked it on the first day 3 times and then I put a colorful luggage strap on the floor and left the light on. 2 other couples stumbled on it, laid a towel to even it out, taped some paper across as a reminder that the ledge was there.
Great location
Its nice clean and in a good location
I arrived at 13:46 and I was told that check in starts at 15:00 so I was given the room as a favour Thats the feeling I got
bardzo wygodne szerokie łóżko hotel udostępniono w trakcie totalnej przebudowy, remontu. Pomimo tego, nie odczuwało się hałasów, ani innych niedogodności, wynikających z prowadzonych prac.
hotel udostępniono w trakcie totalnej przebudowy, remontu. Niektóre rozwiązania w pokoju były wyraźnie prowizoryczne
lokalizacja, dobre śniadania, ładny pokój
