Ambience and character of a converted convent

Service in bar sporadic; breakfast solid but uninspired

The breakfast was delightful. The hotel was fairly quiet.

Our room was located in a corner and we could see right into the window next to ours so we had to keep our curtains drawn - I would have liked to enjoy the view. The elevators were intimidating with the "jumps" they made. GPS coordinates would have helped to find the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly, good breakfast. The hotel was an antique convent, which makes an interesting environment. We did not use all of the facilities, which are plenty, only the pool and jacuzzi.

Rooms could be updated, the furniture and bathroom are not modern, our closet was huge and next to the desk, blocking one of the doors. The TV is on the desk which leaves very little space for the use of a laptop, for example. The tv could be tuned better, the image was out of focus in some channels, although it had SporTV. Be aware of the garage doors in the indoor parking, they can be very tricky. The pool wasn't warm enough (for me, but that can be just me); the jacuzzi's water were somewhat not very clear (a little greenish), not very inviting, although it worked fine.
