Just awesome
Loved the bathroom Great linens Very clean
Pillows are too soft but that's a personal issue
Exceptional
The location is excellent and walking distance to restaurants and other attractions (Aquarium, Quincy Market, the North End, TD Garden), plus the rooms are elegant and comfortable.
During COVID most amenities are not available (restaurant, bar, room service, etc.).
Great hotel right on the...
Was a great stay for my Grandsons bday! Beautiful waterfront area close by everything! Staff were great hotel is beautiful and spotless! Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to a friend. If u need a frig or microwave in room... call hotel and ask for one in advance because they are limited. The walking area on the ocean all around the hotel was amazing!
Nothing we did not like! Was a wonderful stay!
Bad
The front desk was very inattentive. There were multiple incidents at midnight.
Very good
The front desk and lobby closed at 10pm, so I had to wait outside and call security to get to my room.
Very good
Location was great. Clean and very hospitable staff. Pet friendly but no designated area for pet to do business.
Superb
Exceptionally friendly staff. Easy walk to the North End.
What I liked best was the quality of materials in the construction, the design and roominess and location (waterfront). The staff was outstanding. The only concern I had was that no one answered the phone at the Front Desk when I called around 4am.
No one answered the phone at the Front Desk when I called around 4am Sunday morning, March 21st.
Very good
Staff was top notch. Friendly, helpful.
Only 2 things, that were minor anoince.. 1 was hall way noise, and slamming doors. But otherwise, an amazing stay. Thanks guys.
Frustrating and underwhelming. I had...
I liked the shampoo. It smelled amazing
There's really not much to say about this room. I've stayed at 2 star hotels with better service. The staff was extremely rude, not sure if they were just fatigued from covid or this is just the natural way here. My room was worn out. The shower head had tons of soap scum and looked nasty. Wall paper pealing and grout on the floor was missing in spots. It took us over a half hour to get from outside, into the building and when we checked in and when we got in NOTHING was explained to us and the gentleman who let us in walked off. We were stuck in the lobby for a good amount of time until someone came to help. You can hear your neighbors too. Awkward..... You couldn't give me another room here. I'd happily pay for something else.
I was very clean and...
The view an the valet parking was on time was my second stay an the accommodation was always nice
Great location for everything
Loved the room size. The exhale spa is amazing
No breakfast this time , but we found nice places Nearby
Exceptional
Great location, friendly and very helpful people.
The location is perfect for our travel needs.
There were not reading lamps or lights of any kind next to the bed. An overhead light is useless for reading in bed. If we book here again, we'll have to bring booklights or headlamps.
Fantastic
My stay was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.
Location
Shower leaked all over bathroom water was 2 inches deep. They did not provide maid service and overcharged my credit card.
We could not sleep all...
Location
No security on
Superb
Everything was good only the hair dryer keep cutting out After 3min.
Exceptional
No discount for parking when staying at hotel
Very good
Accommodations and location were excellent.
Very expensive nightly rate. Parking is double the price of the lot 100 yards down the street.
Disappointing
They said I would be paying 274 after taxes I ended up paying 324 for one night
Great staff
The front desk staff were helpful and went out of their way to oblige my requests. It was an overall excellent experience and my wife concurs!
Elegant and peaceful oasis in...
The location near the North End, downtown, the waterfront area is unparalleled. It is walking distance to great restaurants, the Aquarium, The TD Garden, Etc. The hotel is elegant, great rooms with water views and super comfortable beds. We’ve been here many times before and will return.
Understanding that there are restrictions due to COVID-19, the amenities are shut down for now, so it’s basically just father room. But there are great deals as a result. Still, a great hotel.
Very good
Beautiful hotel,very nice toom
No one on duty at 615, trouble getting my valet Parked car
Overall, I think we got...
The view was amazing!
No fridge or microwave in the room. There were bottle caps on the ground and other minor trash left behind from previous guests. I would like to think the cleaners may have just missed them.
Great to be back, always...
The hotel amenities are mostly restricted due to COVID-19, but we have stayed there before and know that it’s a great place. The location is excellent for both business in Boston as well as family stays, with Quincy Market, the TD Garden and the North End within comfortable walking distance.
Good
Nice quiet place near downtown. Bathroom with double door from the bedroom. Convinient room
But the closet didn't flush and we understoodnd it only in the morning. The toilets in Lobby was closed. So we had no way to do it. But we wanted so stronly. Can you realise When I asked recognize such situation? When I asked concierge in Lobby to provide us with new room because we didn't have time wait while the guys fix it, I was told to go to another building and on the 2d floor of spa secsion the was a workable toilet. The weather was cold, below 32 and windy. Ok we went there and all were closed. Do you understand my thoughts and feelings? But why? Why the concierge didn't give us a free room immidiately? That was really huge minus to this hotel
Very good
Our stay was during the covid pandemic so all of the facilities were closed, understandably. Rating reflects such. Cannot rate facilities as were never used. Even the restaurant was closed. Staff were great and room was clean!
Pleasant
Didn’t like how parking was 50 bucks. Then I was inform by the receptionist parking down street was a lot cheaper only to find out that was not true. Paid 50 dollar to park down street and walk back to the hotel. That was extremely disappointing.
Disappointed
No food service and the first room was not cleaned. It made us question how clean the entire facility was including other rooms. We were given a new room but were very anxious for the rest of the night.
Disappointing
The location , great water view, lovely room though light fixtures were not even and a bit tired .
The valet took forever to get my car and one young man reeked of marijuana who brought my rental car back to me and left the stench behind . Totally inappropriate timing .
Location...Location
The location of this hotel is fantastic, everything is within walking distance. Especially the small cafe on the corner.
Hard to tell none of the amenities were usable. Nighttime check-in is an inconvenience as you have to call in for security to let you in. There is no desk service.
Superb
Quiet, right on the river. It's a quick walk into town. Near great food and sights. As well as near a pretty decent mall walk next to the common. Room was clean and the staff was personable
Most common of amenities (fridge, microwave) were taken from the room due to Covid restrictions before we arrived but the front desk fixed that for us upon request
Good
Good location. Very good bed and bathroom
Complicated as mostly shut down due to Covid
Don't pay extra for water...
Room was large, clean and nice
We paid extra for water view, they took us through 3 rooms, but none had water view (Unless you stick your head out the window and look to the right)
Passable
Clean and quiet
The room was cold
Very good
The location
NA
Superb
Location of my room in the hotel right on the water. The view was nice.
If you were out past 10pm, you had to find security to let you back in.
excellent
We loved the view from window, very comfortable bad, speaker in the bathroom and closet with double door from entrance and bathroom.
We couldn't figure out how coffee machine works.
How close it was to everything.
There weren’t many usb outlets. We had to go buy a block for our phone chargers because we expected USB ports to be more available than just in the landline phones.
Pretty
Place is nice and clean, it felt really clean and comfortable, valet parking service was nice and convenient.
Was mildly disappointed with the room I got. I was expecting a better view but honestly I know that’s a matter of luck, so it’s ok
Pleasant
Being by the water was very romantic. Close to all shopping and night life
Old fashion looking couches in room. Also my bed was very squeaky every time i turned in bed it made alot of noise
Location
Front desk staff was not always at the counter and needed to wait sometimes for service.
Besides not having the jacuzzi,...
The view was awesome and the room very spacious
I reserved a room with a jacuzzi online and when we got there they said they upgraded us to the presidential but no mention about the jacuzzi and the presidential didn’t have one
Excellent visit!!! Five stars 🌟
Excellent hotel!!! Beautiful area walking distance to everything!!! Five stars ⭐️
Nothing
Get Away
Room size was great along with the location! 2 bathrooms were definitely a plus along with tub! Great all doors were locked all times. Coffee shop was a plus near by. Staff was excellent and accommodating.
The rooms definitely could use a little TLC. Shower head not so good pressure. The rooms just could use some updating. Lamps have stains, light in living room didn’t work, wall paper kinda old, sofa had stains. Room was hot, even when windows were open and couldn’t turn temperature down below 65.
Beautiful room and perfect location
The hotel in general and room were very clean, in a very good location!
Wonderful relaxing wknd
Very near a huge variety of some of the best restaurants of Boston Love the north end. Water front was beautiful You really smell of salt air.
Nice & Quick
The staff was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating since we were traveling from out of town and wanted to leave our car parked for a little while longer than was allowed. The manager let us keep our belongings in the room past check out time to accommodate our need. Thank you!
Paying $280 for a one night stay was a bit steep. The hotel was nice, but not quite that nice and should have been an off-season rate.
Disappointing
Good location
Front desk could not be reached from room always busy signal; phone does not work in room; valet was not responsive; expensive over night parking; had to walk across in the rain to other building to guest room.
Exceptional
The manager was so nice and helpful
Just a few tweaks
Great hotel, super comfy bed, great location! Overall I would gladly go back, easy walk to the North End for dinner.
They could communicate better, the valet flat out ignored us and the other patron that arrived at the same time. Weirdly you are supposed to take your key in to the front desk at check in - I’ve never experienced that so I think they should have signs up. The fellow was doing his job but communicating the process would probably make arrivals a better experience. The other strange thing, the doors lock at ten and there is no keycard entry - and no staff at the front desk! You have to call security to get back in. I realize these are strange days but for a four star hotel I thought that was odd - no bars, or restaurants after 4pm, so bring your own refreshments! They did give us two bottles of water for no charge. The comfort of the room, location and the great last minute rate make for no complaints but if I paid more I might whine a bit.
Would not stay here again.
Staff was very nice.
Bed uncomfortable. View of harbor not what I expected. The fact that the doors are locked after 10pm and if you come back late or go out after that time you have to call security to let you in. I have never encountered that before at any hotel I have ever stayed at and we travel a lot! Then having to pay $50 to park with the valet is ridiculous!
Great Location
Great views and Great Location. Absolutely perfect
Location and clean
Very happy all around with...
Quiet room! Great location and friendly service.
Amazing Hotel and a Room...
Staying at the Battery Wharf Hotel made our trip to Boston. The hotel is beautiful and very classy. Our room overlooked the bay and it was beautiful watching the sailboats and ferries go by. The location was perfect for walking to all of the points on the Freedom Trail. We also had amazing food to choose from within a short walk. We had the choice of steak and seafood along the wharf and at Quincy Market (a must), and the choice of all the Italian restaurants in Little Italy. We tried a new place each night and they were all excellent. I cannot say enough. This is my new favorite city in the US. I highly recommend staying at the Battery Wharf Hotel.
Just what we needed.Good location...
The location
The bed was a little uncomfortable
Superb
Location can’t be beat. Short walk to the old town, we Also walked to Charlestown. Lots of nice restaurants around, good coffee in the cafe in front of the hotel. Would love to be back one day.
Great location.
Hotel NOT as advertised. Carpet was stained. No restaurant, no room service, no maid service, no one at front desk after 10:00pm so can’t get into hotel w/o calling their security company. Yet they still have the nerve to charge $23/night amenitie
Great location and beautiful clean...
Location was perfect!
Nothing it was perfect
Location, location, location
Such a wonderful location for walking around the historic north end. Top notch accommodations!
I would never recommend this...
The view
When arriving at this hotel the receptionist was really nice and explained the rules a few hours into check out she knocked out the door and was very rude. Security made it seem like we had a curfew when coming in after dinner was very rude expressing it was way to late for us to be out we came back at 10:10 when being told after 10pm call the security to let us in. Valet was rude drove off in our car as if it was his own spinning the wheels
Good
Pleasant staff and surroundings
Handprints on the ceiling from prior guests
Good
The location is awesome in the middle of everything in the north end. Staff was extremely helpful when needed.
Stayed in king suite tables and furniture was roughed up pretty bad, television box was not operational but was fixed during the stay by maintenance staff.
Very good
not include
water view
Wonderful Boston harbor visit!
Location was perfect with a water view. Walking distance to subway, train and restaurants (little Italy).
Great stay
Great location! Near Harbor and close walk to Hanover Street - ALL GREAT ITALIAN RESTAURANTS!!!!!!
Our hotel had no restaurants open!!!! Due to COVID
Great Stay! Excellent Service
I got married in the neighborhood during my weekend stay at the hotel. We booked a suite that was beautiful, clean, affordable, and big! We had called ahead of time for a tall stool to have in the room for us to have our hair and make up done and it was all set up when we checked in. Charlotte at the front desk was wonderful. She attended our every need...even hand delivering random items we need like an extension cord and knife to cut up watermelon..haha. We were thrilled with our stay and will absolutely be back!
A great place to stay...
Wow, beautiful hotel, great location and quiet room with comfy bed. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Looks like I know where we will be staying on our next trip to Boston!!!
Amazing hotel, over priced parking
Amazing hotel, didn't wanna do the valet parking tried to do something cheaper, ended up overnight in a hotel they said it was a five minute walk it was about a 15 minute walk and ended up being 65$ from 7pm-12noon the next morning
Pleasant
Location was the best part . The room and Hotel were very nice . Due to Covid the Grille wasn’t open which would’ve been nice .
The bed was very uncomfortable. The valet parking was ridiculously priced . The description for the room was Harbor view I believe. For the particular room We had it should be partial Harbor View.
Easy to get around town...
Location was great. No food due to COVID-19
Very good
Covid. Bar and restaurant closed. Otherwise fine
All in all nice
Superb
Awesome property. Nice room comfortable furniture. 15 minute walk to Quincy market. $50 overnight valet is a great deal in this city
No free breakfast
Very good
Was no breakfast...........
Didn't get a room with a view...............
Exceptional
Location- perfect
Superb
Location is best in Boston and the Harbor Walk cannot be matched in any US city.
It was clean but the rugs and furniture are showing their age. Needs to be refreshed.Owners are not reinvesting to keep this hotel in 5 star shape. Its resting on its laurels unfortunately...
Superb
The beds were really comfortable
I didnt like that after 10pm you had to call security to get in.
Great place to stay.
Beautiful hotel in a great location convenient to so many attractions. The grant desk staff and valet were awesome. It was my birthday and it was an amazing stay in Boston. Loved this hotel.
No food or restaurant service and being restricted to the first floor because of our service dog.
Great location. We were able...
Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. It was a bit slanted and my back hurt when I woke up.
Professional services
This hotel is net and organized
Requested items took a lil while to get at my room
Pleasant
Pros: Location was good and was close to North end of Boston. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Gold star award : Front desk person took the call and provided 2 wine glasses and 2 rocks glasses delivered to the outside of our room. Café Amalfi provided morning breakfast sandwich and coffee. Parking attendants very polite.
Cons: No restaurant , when it was advertised to be open. No hospitality services, no housekeeping, no trash removal, no fresh towels are all things I can live with, but the room rate should've reflected the lack of services. Felt like it was a bait and switch operation promising services and then blaming Covid. Parking fee of $50/day was higher then residents pay of $300/month. Chairs (3) that were around the eating/dining table were stained beyond normal wear. Disgusting, unimaginable stains, were on all three and couldn't be used. If we had extra towels we could've draped them over, but the thought of thinking what was on them grossed us out. NEED TO REPLACE CHAIRS! Car/valet attendant on Thursday did not speak English.
COVID Challenges
Location is beautiful!
The stay is basic. Understandably rules had to be put in place for everyone’s health and safety. The hotel’s website should have a banner or something a little more obvious letting you know that you will get a hotel room with no room service and that’s it. Yes, you can dig around on the website and find tiny little symbols marking out items. Barely noticeable. No services at all. The only time you see a staff member is at checkin and checkout. And, the front desk closes at 10p.m Hope you don’t need anything. Not sure this is a good deal.
Very good
Location has a lot of character/history
$50 parking
Exceptional
The distance to the town center was only a 10 minute walk which was great. Being able to sit on the harbor walk and enjoy the harbor and the sunsets and sunrises.
Exceptional
This hotel is perfectly located near the waterfront and the North End. A beautiful facility and wonderful place to stayi
I loved everything!
Best hotel experience ever! Staff went way above and beyond to accommodate both an early check in and a late check out. Hotel is immaculate and we felt safe and secure. Beautiful location looking out on Boston Harbor and convenient to the North End and the best Italian food!
I liked the doormen and lovely young women who were professional and worked on the front desk.
Kyle Pinto I believe his name was. Some type of manager. Absolutely most indifferent human being I have ever encountered. Should NOT be working in the hospitality or service industry at all. Also complete lack of response from all management and accounting staff regarding issue.
Dirty/used glasses, long black hair in the bed, cold water in the shower- literally would not get warm in the tub or the shower.
Great location. Friendly staff. Girl at reception upgraded our room to have balcony.
Room had cigarette buts on balcony. Some stains on carpet. But overall nice room.
The parking attendents for the valley parking were so nice it was amazing.
Everything
Nothing
Very clean and well maintained.
It was great. People are attentive
The room booked had a beautiful view. Also, the staff were friendly and the property was neat and clean.
N/A
Relaxing atmosphere ,beautiful view. Very clean.
Close to everything
The walls are paper thin so we could hear the tv next door to us
Location
The gym. Nothing else.
Cold bathroom. Shower out of order. Very old bed, hollow and curvy. I ordered a glass of wine. They forgot. Double wait. 1 hour total. No compensation !
The location and room were lovely. The water taxi was also very good to the airport.
The door to the bathroom was jammed, and there was a light that didn't work. It wasn't a huge hindrance, but just not expected for the price of the room.
Loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in! Walking distance to the North End and the Quincy Market area. The location is right by the water and a right on the Harbor Walk!
Love being on the harbor and use of water taxi!
Staff was great.location was excellent for the North end.just a short walk to Hanover street and fanuel hall.
Refrigerator and stereo didn’t work. Stayed in primary building last year, was very satisfied; stayed in auxiliary building and dissatisfied.
it was quiet and clean.
The bathroom was EXTREMELY could, there was no heaters in the bathroom, on top of that there wasn't enough hot water to shower and fill the tub. After a long day, having to deal with a cold shower was a terrible experience. The up grade to the suit with a tub was a waste of money, The shower head had no pressure, the whole bathroom was a laughable experience.
It’s location
Wi-Fi was unreliable, they need an upgrade!
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice.
We couldn’t get our own ice. We called the front desk and took 45 minutes for the ice to come, after I had to call back when it hit the 30 minute mark. The tub was bigger in the picture than in person. We also ordered food to the room, that didn’t come with what was advertised on the burger and the fries were cold and not cooked all the way.
Location
Parking - Either had to valet or park in $30 a day lot 5 blocks away.
Proximity to the North End, water views.
Location and amenities
There was left over bottle cap and snacks near the bed, so vacuuming had not been done well.
Location, cleanliness, etc.
No.
Mattress in my room was brutal for some reason.
Check in took over 2 hours. No parking lot only valet, which valet crashed my truck. Won’t be returning to this hotel.
The hotel and location were great.
I was awoken early in the morning by the striking hotel workers. I should have been informed of this at check in and given the opportunity for a refund.
The strike stand rudeness and being harassed
Location
There staff was protesting outside aggressively toward the customers and then were screaming at a wedding that was going on at the hotel
Loved the room! Breakfast food was very good. Very clean. Nice property. Loved being on the water.
Nothing! We will be back.
Location to the North End and Long Wharf
The separate buildings are confusing. Spa/fitness center is not attached to buildings your rooms are in. Not much communal room or areas to enjoy the views. The king room was fine, but was older and not as high quality as other similar properties.
Nice room, good location.
I was over charged for the room and the valet parking dented my car.I spoke to two managers and both said he would follow up and take care of the issues but never even received call or followup email. This made a nice place a very bad experience!
Spacious room, relaxing rain shower, comfy bed and linen, nice upscale but minimalist decor. Quiet but convenient location, great restaurants near by. Competent, friendly and helpful staff.
Everything but especially the view, cleanliness and the staff great personality
No
Location
They tried to charge us taxes and fees upon checkout, luckily we had our receipt showing we paid everything in advance
Fabulous hotel
Wonderful staff, gorgeous setting right on the water and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in Boston.
It was beautiful, great location and on the water
I did not feel like I was treated well at check in
The gentalmen in the bar was very helpful we ordered out but didnt receive and forks or plate he gave us them !!! Very helpful service would go back again!!!!!
Location, boat access from Logan
Nothing
It was on the water
They don't serve breakfast and no pool
the view was very nice - we were on the water and had a view of the Coast Guard port. Took some nice pictures at sunset and sunrise. Location was perfect - everything was in walking distance that we wanted to see.
Absolutely nothing!
Very clean. Outlets were few and the refrigerator did not work but everything else was great. The staff was nice
Very upscale room and great location
I asked to get a murphy bed brought in and the front desk said they couldn't do it. A little disappointed on that.
Parking was very high. $50 per night.
Everything
The restaurant was closed for dinner the first night I was there and there was no other dining option. I needed to take a walk as the staff standing outside of the restaurant had no suggestions for me.
The location was great.
The staff were rude.
Loved it, great location, beautiful hotel!!
quiet and luxurious room. very clean
the front desk staff were not warm or all that helpful
It's way over priced
A gem on Boston's waterfront
Beautiful hotel located right on the water. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly nice and accommodating. Jack, who was checking us in at the front desk was so helpful and informative. He made sure our stay went wonderfully. I highly recommend this hotel to others if staying in Boston. You can get a water taxi to and from the airport even. Overall, this is a very classy hotel that clearly prides itself on its incredible customer service and experience.
Reasonably priced luxury hotel in the best art of Boston
Everything was superb
Clean and comfortable
Longer walk to t stop than anticipated.
Location was on the water and close to North Boston attractions.
There are no soft drink machines or ice available to guests. The mini bar items are 10 times the normal price. The restaurant is extremely expensive.
Perfect in every way...going back for sure.
Liked everything. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave so soon.
Bar atmosphere and staff excellent
Location
The room we were provided with was above the enterence to the building so we heard the door shut at night and early morning
Restaurant was overpriced
Location of being on the water.
All of the doors inside the room need adjusting. The bathroom seemed to be a re-created room - there was a "secret" door from the closing in the hallway that opened up into the bathroom.
Location and staff
$50 / night parking fee
What a beautiful hotel and an amazing room. They provided superb service (from the bellman to the cleaning staff to the concierge) and couldn't have been a better experience!
Very clean.
Staff and location
Room size
Room was very nice but located by an interior hotel door that you could here opening and closing all night
Great Location! Easy walk to many attractions. Neighborhood felt safe. Great little coffee shop on the corner for quick breakfast and other awesome restaurants within walking distance.
No negatives
Location near great restaurants.
Giving an able bodied person a handicapped assessable room.
Nice room
THought we would have a view of the water, but we did not. For $---- per night, I would have thought we could have have a view
Location, Service, Room
No
The location was good, right on the wharf. That's it.
Called the day before and day of for early checkin and were told it was unlikely. However, they didn't even let us check in at 3pm. I had to change in a bathroom to get to a professional conference and the staff did nothing of note to ease my wife's wait.
The hotel was beautiful. I loved the location. Not only was it located on the water but also in the Northend of Boston. So accessible to everything.
Everything!
Proximity to North End was nice. Taking a water taxi from the airport was the easiest way to reach the hotel.
For the star level and the price paid, WiFi not being included in the room rate was aggravating. Room was not clean - items left by a previous guest had not been removed. Not close/convenient to any area of Boston other than North End.
the location was nice being on the water and near the north end
we phoned reception 4 times letting them know our mini bar was not stocked when we arrived and wanted to just ensure we weren't charged-they never restocked it and multiple lines of miscommunication. also no bathtubs in any room except doubles apparently
The rooms were neat and tidy.
Every interaction with the staff, from pre-trip planning to check-in to a request for a dining recommendation - left me feeling un-welcomed. This typically points to poor management. Most of the employees, I would guess, would like to work elsewhere.
The rooms and view were outstanding.
It was a little difficult to get a cab or Uber.
Good size room very welcoming Large king bed with relaxing couch area
Shower was difficult to control
The location was fantastic. It was right on Battery Wharf, within walking distance to the majority of the historic sites. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Location was excellent. Very convenient to North End. Great view of waterfront. Staff is well trained in guest services.
Reception desk handles Room Service calls, which om one occasion led to delivery mix-up. Wanted to extend for another day but charge would have been $---+ rather than the $--- I had been paying, despite the fact that this was the Tuesday after Labor
Good location and clean
Staff was not helpful or timely. They did not provide room we requested (gave us king with no tub instead of 2 queen) and refused to switch, no fridge, 45 min wait for car (told it would be 20). Overall, nice hotel, poor service.
This hotel is very quiet with beautiful brick sidewalks outside. Very short walk to Hanover Street with great Italian restaurants, and along the waterfront.. The new coffee shop just steps outside the hotel is perfect after waking up. Highly recomm!
Everything! Room and staff.
Did not like the shower head in the shower.
Convenient location
The staff is amazing and hotel employee was so friendly and helpful, I wanted to take her home with me!
We had a little trouble getting the a/c to cool the room effectively.
Good hotel, nice place, room size perfect, staff Good. Good place to live.
Price is a bit on the higher side otherwise nothing to say against this hotel.
Nice stay
Great location; quiet but great restaurants within walking distance; easy access to freeways
Dated; room wall paper staring to peel off
The location and the cleanliness
One reception clerk told us not to book for whale watching so when we went it was sold out. We did get to go the next day but the staff should be aware of information given and its accuracy. Didn't like $50/day for valet when my car did not move.
New looking, view was great , close to freedom trail
Staff seemed over worked, the guy who valet parked also brought our bags to the room and brought our roll away bed
Proximity to the North End and wharf areas. View from room was great. The kids loved watching boats sail by and planes taking off from the airport.
No
It was very clean and had a friendly staff.
The cost of parking your car and hidden hotel fees. $100 hold is almost entirely used.
It is generally quiet, and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The fitness room is excellent. The honor bar is very well stocked and reasonably priced.
Neither phone worked in the room. Room service burger and fries were mediocre. I left shoes out to be shined and had to call to have them returned next AM -- unshined! Room service mistakenly tried to deliver ice that I hadn't asked for. Service so-so.
The bed was uncomfortable
Location and property.
Not really.
Location Room
Staff were not professional and untrained
Hotel is located in a perfect spot, especially if you like peace and quiet. Our room was nicely tucked away from the city noise and commotion. The spa was top notch even if you go to the himam for fifteen minutes before heading out for a day in Boston.
The furnishings were average, like double tree or holiday inn style. If you're looking for a boutique, this is not the place. Clean, safe and quiet in a city otherwise.
The location in the north end of Boston on the water was great. The room was spacious and clean.
Customer service was below average. We were given a room key that didn't correspond to the proper room number upon checkin. We were given poor directions and incorrect T line. Cleaning staff left cleaning cart in the room and keyed in w/o warning.
Was able to early check-in. This was a huge plus after red-eye.
The room was on the second floor right above the front doir/valet. Can get a bit noisy.
Had a room available when we arrived. Overall really nice place.
No late-night dining/bar options.
Relatively new, on the water.
Divorced from the rest of the city- out of the way, unless your business is taking you to the North End.
Right on the water - and the staff were extremely kind and accomodating
Location and price (compared to other comparable choices)
room
4 separate buildings - only main one has staff -others (room, gym, etc) do not have staff and access using electronic key cards which require many swipes to open doors
Room size and comfort
A little getting used being in separate buildings, having to go outdoors across the street for the main desk and restaurant, but we got used to that to and it was not a big deal
Excellent staff and beautiful room and view! Also, I am Alessia from Dover NH not CT.
Wish restaurant had a bigger menu.
The staff was so accommodating. We arrived very late into the evening (3 am late) and were greeted by the polite front desk receptionist. The hotel had a dog bed and bowls waiting for us upon our entry into the room with a lovely view of the harbor.
No. We loved the hotel.
I've stayed in MANY hotels. The staff here was EXCEPTIONAL. NOTE: I was not feeling well and the restaurant manager noticed and brought me some cold medicine. Totally unexpected and a simple gesture of kindness I'll never forget.
NO
The hotel is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 5 story condo complex, room was freezing because on 1st floor on the waterway, the bed was very big but super uncomfortable pillows also uncomfortable. Very misleading and doesnt come close to anyother 4/4.5 star
Great location for the sights we wanted to see, easy access to the airport water taxi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bar didn't have the ability to make special coffee drinks which we needed after walking home through a snow storm (haha) NOTE when you ask behow I'd like to be identified that I am not from Connecticut but from British Columbia, Canada
I am very happy with our stay
The location was perfect for touring the freedom trail and it is easy to get to and from the airport. The location and rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The best part was the front desk. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was so nice and helpful and remembered us the next day. We were also able to get free early check in and late check out. Mind you we stayed there in February. I will defenetly go back.
I can't think of anything
The location was great very close to the North End. The staff and bartenders at the bar were very nice and attentive.
Excellent front desk customer service/gorgeous location/proximity to historic North End/ Faneuil Hall/ Jazz band entertainment in the lobby/comfy/ upscale-well appointed rooms.
cost of parking, but the area is pricey.
Location and the staff
Location - the hotel itself is beyond beautiful. you can walk to the north end and you are right on the water. Its beautiful.
Service wasn't anything special. They brunch menu they have online isn't accurate...its actually a terrible brunch with no menu and expensive for what you get. The eggs were grayish. Also in the bathroom there was hair left in the shower..pretty gross.
Room was great. Nice and spacious.
We went for breakfast in the morning. All they had was a buffet and in that we received horrible tasting eggs (tasted like synthetic eggs), and watery oatmeal and we were charged an astounding $54.
Sumptuous luxury, privacy, waterfront location, Old North End proximity
500 building felt removed from the hotel and lobby: more residential; try for east-facing room in the building facing the harbor. Difficult to get to due to traffic: allow extra time
Near everything.
I think the $50 per night parking fee is a bit much on top of the room cost.
Location
Parking charge and price in general
Arriving by sea taxi from Logan
Right next to the water taxi for the airport (but if you are taking an am flight it can not be called until 8am). Terrific location.
20 min wait and great confusion surrounding getting a taxi on a Tuesday morning - vy stressful when headed to the airport.
It was okay.
Good location. Very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom counter was nice.
For the price and quality of hotel I was very disappointed. It was an extra $10 for wifi. The shower was subpar and the toilet had terrible pressure/flushing capabilities. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered cold. There was nothing spectacular about the breakfast and it was $98 for two people.
Plush surroundings, close to attractions, great local food, fantastic location!

First time we walked into the hotel, I felt like I was in a resort hotel. In and out of hotel are all beautiful, well accommodated, every staffs are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Loved the view overlooking the river from the room.
Parking was too expensive. ($50/night)
The location is the best.
There is no free parking regardless of the high price, and no free internet.
Great hotel and staff
Excellent
Nothing
Great service. I lost my credit card and the concierge was very helpful in getting that resolved.
I had to wait 25 minutes for the valet to bring my car for pick up
Beautiful property, great staff.
Had to pay for WiFi and no pool.
